21st August, 2013 by the Corporate Affairs Commission (C.A.C), of Federal Republic of Nigeria,
with registration number RC. 1136589. It was established by some group of Nigerian and
foreign expatriate who are professionally experienced in Oil and Gas operations for over 15 years.
